We wanted to acknowledge the current events unfolding in the Middle East and the impact that this may have on our candidates.
We are aware that some examinations have been postponed in affected areas, and in these cases some candidates may have difficulty travelling to and attending examinations. For any candidates affected by this, please keep in touch with your local Examination Centre for updates and to reschedule your examination. Please be assured that we are also in regular contact with the Examination Body ,and through them the local examination centres, and are keeping informed of any postponed or cancelled examinations and the candidates that have been affected by this.
We also understand that the current uncertainties have had an impact on the postal services with many candidates not receiving their certificates. For these candidates, please note that whilst you do not have the physical copy of your certificate, your profile is live on our verification site. This means that by submitting your candidate number and date of birth on our verification site, you have evidence of your valid certification(s) which you can use as proof of certified status to your employer or client. Please know that we are investigating the issues with postal deliveries with our suppliers and will work to get your certificate to you as soon as safely possible.
The safety of our staff and candidates is of the upmost importance to us. We will continue to monitor the situation, how it develops and thus how it could/will affect our candidates. Please rest assured that we will respond accordingly and will be sure to keep you updated as more information becomes available.
